By accessing or using the RexCrux website, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

RexCrux provides symbolic AI and hybrid quantum computing platforms and tools, including FoldShield++ for protein analysis, RainDrop for financial modeling, QPhase for quantum compilation, and related APIs, SDKs, and documentation. Descriptions of Services are provided for informational purposes and may evolve over time.

Certain Services may require the creation of an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, providing accurate and complete information, and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify RexCrux promptly of any unauthorized access or use.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfere with or disrupt the Services, transmit malicious code, reverse engineer or decompile the Services, resell or redistribute Services without authorization, or otherwise misuse the platform.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary technologies such as UL-DSL, FoldShield++, RainDrop, and QPhase, are owned by RexCrux or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

RexCrux may offer certain features or Services in beta form. Beta Services are provided “as is” and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Some Services may require payment. Fees, if applicable, will be described in relevant pricing pages or agreements. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. RexCrux reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or non-public information disclosed in connection with use of the Services.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RexCrux does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific requirements. Outputs generated by the Services are analytical in nature and should not be construed as professional, financial, medical, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RexCrux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RexCrux from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. RexCrux may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately if these Terms are breached.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Sacramento, California.

RexCrux may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RexCrux regarding use of the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without prior written consent.
