Arpita Paul

Arpita Paul is Co-Founder and Quantum Engineering Lead at RexCrux Research Laboratory. She contributes to the architecture and development of QPhase, the company's structural quantum-computing and compiler platform.

Her work includes braid-based sequencing, quantum intermediate representations, preprocessing and post-processing systems, simulation and emulation environments, hardware-adapter frameworks, and tools for interpreting quantum-execution results. Her research interests cover neutral-atom and photonic quantum backends, quantum sensing, and the mapping between mathematical representations and physical hardware.

Arpita holds a double master's degree through the MaMaSELF program, completed at the University of Montpellier, the Technical University of Munich, and LMU Munich. Her research experience includes work at the Paul Scherrer Institute and the Quantum Sensing Laboratory at TUM.

Her technical background encompasses nitrogen-vacancy-center optically detected magnetic resonance, nanofabrication methods, Fourier-domain reconstruction, and Python-based data pipelines. She also has experience with quantum software frameworks, including research involving QAOA on IBM quantum systems. At RexCrux, Arpita bridges theoretical quantum architecture with the practical requirements of sensing, compilation, simulation, and hardware deployment.
